This policy explains what personal information LHUPI collects through its websites (lhupi.com, studio.lhupi.com, try.lhupi.com and academy.lhupi.com), why we collect it, and what your choices are. LHUPI is the agency behind LHUPI Studio, Try LHUPI and LHUPI Academy. Questions about this policy: contact@lhupi.com.

What we collect

Enquiry details. When you send an enquiry through our enquiry form, we collect your name, company or brand, email address, phone number, the team you are writing to, what you need, an optional budget, and anything you write about your project. The form is hosted on our client dashboard at dashboard.lhupi.com.

Demo and course requests. On academy.lhupi.com, the request forms open your own email app with a message addressed to us. Nothing you type there is stored on the website; we receive it only if you send the email.

Messages you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your number or address and the contents of your messages, including quiz results or launch plans you choose to share from our website tools.

Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the sites secure and running. Our websites do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build visitor profiles.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a plan or quote.
• To provide the services or products you ask for, and to support you while we do.
• To send a launch or availability update you specifically registered interest in, for example for Exam Compass or the Try Website Builder.
• To keep our websites and dashboard secure and to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business: our hosting provider (Hostinger), Meta (when you message us on WhatsApp), and Google Fonts (which serves the fonts on our websites and may receive your IP address when a page loads). Client project work is managed in our dashboard, which is covered by the same approach.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to an ongoing conversation or project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and messages at any time, and we will do so unless we must keep something for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent for us to use it. Write to contact@lhupi.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children and school data

Our marketing websites are for businesses, schools and educators, not for children. Our education product, Academia, is provided to schools under separate agreements, and student data inside it is handled under those agreements and the school's instructions, not under this marketing policy.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
