These terms cover your use of the LHUPI websites: lhupi.com, studio.lhupi.com, try.lhupi.com and academy.lhupi.com. By using these websites, you accept these terms. LHUPI operates through three units: LHUPI Studio (design), Try LHUPI (technology, AI and growth) and LHUPI Academy (education products and training).
What these websites are
These websites describe our services and products and let you send enquiries, take self assessment tools such as the Online Readiness Score, and build indicative plans. Content here is general information about how we work. It is not a binding offer, and the tools' outputs (scores, plans, estimates) are indicative only, not quotes or professional advice.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Every engagement is scoped and priced in a written quote or proposal, and work begins only when that quote is accepted and any agreed advance is paid. Prices shown for our products on these websites, where shown, are current list prices and may change; the written quote for your engagement is what governs.
Our products
Products such as Academia, the LHUPI Super Dashboard, the Try Website Builder, Webcrawlz and Essomen Prism are provided under their own accounts, plans and, where applicable, separate product terms that apply when you sign up or are onboarded. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement or product terms, the signed agreement or product terms govern.
Intellectual property
The content of these websites, including text, design, logos and graphics, belongs to LHUPI or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the project agreement for that work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse these websites: no attempts to break security, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape content at scale, or use the enquiry tools to send spam or unlawful material.
Third party links
These websites link to third party services, including WhatsApp and our product sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party sites.
Liability
We work to keep these websites accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, LHUPI is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of these websites or reliance on their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
